Handle recruitment and hiring process
Screen resumes and schedule interviews
Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Manage onboarding and joining formalities
Handle employee communication and support
Assist in maintaining company policies and professional work culture

Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
