We are seeking a Screening Executive to manage the recruitment and evaluation of housekeeping staff. The role ensures only qualified and reliable candidates are selected to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct interviews and background checks.
Verify documents, references, and employment history.
Shortlist candidates based on skills and suitability.
Coordinate with HR and housekeeping supervisors on staffing needs.
Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience bachelor’s degree in HR, Hospitality, or related field.
Experience in recruitment or hospitality preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and confidentiality. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
