HR Executive – Manufacturing Industry

Position: HR Executive
Experience:1 Year To 4 Years
Industry: Manufacturing
Salary: ₹15,000 To 30,000 per month
Location: Chennai / Tamil Nadu

Job Responsibilities

Handle recruitment and onboarding activities.
Source and screen candidates for production and staff positions.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Manage attendance, leave, and shift records.
Coordinate payroll inputs and salary-related activities.
Assist in PF, ESI, PT, and other statutory compliance processes.
Prepare HR reports and maintain employee databases.
Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
Coordinate training and induction programs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Eligibility

MBA (HR) / MSW (HR).
1 To 4 Years of HR experience Immediate Joiners Preferred, Only Local Chennai Candidates Residing
Basic knowledge of Recruitment, Payroll, PF, ESI, and Labor Laws.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 to 30,000 per month.
ESI and PF benefits as per company policy.
