About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage our pool of candidates, facilitate placements, and support the overall recruitment and hiring process for various companies. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between candidates and employers while delivering an excellent service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and engage with our pool of candidates for placements.

• Coordinate with different companies for job opportunities and placements.

• Provide placement support and guidance to candidates.

• Handle recruitment and hiring processes.

• Maintain candidate and client communication.

• Ensure smooth service delivery and candidate satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Organized, proactive, and target-driven mindset.

• Prior experience in HR/recruitment/placement is an advantage (freshers can also apply).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
