We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive to join our team at India trade port ,The ideal candidate will manage HR functions, ensuring smooth operations aligned with company goals.

Responsibilities:

Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.

Implement and monitor HR policies, compliance, and labor laws.

Oversee payroll, employee records, and performance appraisals.

Foster employee engagement through training and development programs.

Address employee grievances and maintain workplace harmony.

Collaborate with management to drive strategic HR initiatives.

Requirements:

1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in logistics or trade industries.

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices in India.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
