Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end statutory compliance activities.
Handle EPF, ESIC, Bonus, LWF, and other labour law compliances.
Prepare and submit statutory returns, challans, and related documentation.
Process payroll and ensure timely statutory deductions.
Maintain compliance records, registers, and employee documentation.
Coordinate compliance audits and inspections.
Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
Ensure adherence to applicable labour laws and company policies.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in HR Compliance and Payroll.
Strong knowledge of Labour Laws, EPF, ESIC, and statutory compliances.
Hands-on experience with payroll processing.
Proficiency in MS Excel and compliance portals.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
