Job వివరణ

We are looking for a HR Executive to join our team at Iibms Business School to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 10,000 - ₹ 12,000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities: •

1. End To End Recruitment

2. Onboarding, Joining Formalities, Documentations, Induction & Training

3. Exit Interviews, HR Operations & HR Policies

4. Employee Engagement, Relation & Grievance Handling

5. Post Admission Process (Mailing Welcome Letter, PDF Book, Portal Update, Etc.)

6. Respond To Students Or Counsellor Queries On Mail Or Call

7. Maintaining All Details By Working On Excel, Emails, Word etc.

8. Handling Other Admin & HR Miscellaneous Activity / Work

9. Keep Information Confidential

Candidate Requirement:-

• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills

• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Emails

• Ability to Handle Multiple Tasks & Coordination

• Professional & Positive Attitude
