Sourcing, Shortlisting, candidates tracking and follow up, validating the profile as per the hiring managers specification

Reviewing resumes and screening candidates

interviewing candidates over the phone

Should be able to work on hiring drives

Consistent performer and willing to work for huge volume hire

Making a lot of calls & lining up candidates for on profiles as per requirement

Should be able to work independently on all critical open position

Sourcing and screening potential candidates from Job Portals workindia , Noukari, Social media

Preferred skills :

Excellent Communication Skills

Good interpersonal skills

The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies

Leadership skills
