Job Title: HR Executive- Female

Location: Rajaji Nagar, Bangalore.
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Kannada (MUST) and capable of sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

• Meet hiring targets within defined timelines

Requirements

• Fluency in Kannada (Mandatory).

• Regional language preferable.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of recruitment processes

• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously

• Proficiency in MS Office and job portals

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-Graduate in any discipline

• Prior experience in recruitment or HR (0.6–2 years)
