We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive – Recruitment to support and manage the end-to-end hiring process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic or virtual screening interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Hiring Coordination
Coordinate interview feedback and communicate updates to candidates.
Assist in salary discussions and offer rollouts.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Support onboarding activities for selected candidates.
Recruitment Operations
Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.
Generate recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance during the hiring process.
Maintain recruitment records and candidate information confidentially.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred but not mandatory.
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Experienced candidates should have relevant recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
