Job Summary

Hoopoe Infoedge is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and in-house recruitment.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in HR operations and recruitment, with good knowledge of sourcing candidates through job portals and managing employee-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee activities.

• Handle end-to-end in-house recruitment through job portals and other channels.

• Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates.

• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.

• Manage interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and offer coordination.

• Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities.

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

• Manage attendance, leave records, and other routine HR activities.

• Address employee queries and coordinate with management.

• Support employee engagement and maintain a positive workplace environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Operations & Recruitment is mandatory.

• Hands-on experience with job portals and candidate sourcing.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.

• Good understanding of basic HR processes and employee management.

• Proactive, organized, and responsible approach to work.

• Willingness to work from the Madhavaram, Chennai office.
