Job Description
We are looking for an HR Executive – Talent Acquisition & Payroll who will be responsible for recruitment, HR operations, attendance, payroll inputs, and HRMS management for Corporate and Plant positions.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Corporate & Plant positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and consultants.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with Technical and Management teams.
- Handle salary negotiation, offer processing, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate pipeline.
Spine HRMS & Payroll
- Manage day-to-day operations in Spine HRMS.
- Maintain employee master data, joining, and exit records.
- Manage attendance, shifts, leave, and regularization.
- Prepare payroll inputs, overtime, deductions, and attendance verification.
- Prepare HRMS and payroll-related MIS reports.
- Coordinate with Accounts/Finance for salary processing.
HR Operations
- Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain personnel files and HR records.
- Address employee queries related to attendance, leave, and salary.
- Support HR compliance and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare regular HR reports as required.
Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with Spine HRMS preferred.
- Good understanding of Payroll, Attendance & Leave Management.
- Manufacturing/Plant recruitment experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR / MHRM preferred.
- Male candidates only.
