Job Title: HR Auditor

Job Summary:
The HR Auditor is responsible for reviewing and auditing HR processes, policies, and employee records to ensure compliance with company standards and applicable laws. The role involves identifying gaps, ensuring accuracy, and recommending improvements in HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct audits of HR processes such as recruitment, attendance, payroll, and compliance
Verify employee records and documentation for accuracy and completeness
Ensure HR policies and procedures are being followed properly
Prepare and submit audit reports to management
Identify gaps and recommend process improvements
Monitor compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Coordinate with HR team to resolve audit findings
Maintain audit schedules and documentation
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR preferred)
1–3 years of experience in HR Audit or HR Operations
Basic knowledge of labor laws and compliance
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting

Salary: 15000 TO 25000
