Position: HR Executive
Location: HAV’N Interiors & Global Sourcing, Chennai
Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment, interviews, and onboarding.
Manage employee attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate with staff and management for HR-related matters.
Support employee engagement and company policies.
Requirements:
2–5 years of HR experience preferred.
Any Bachelor’s/Master’s degree.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Ability to handle recruitment independently.
Salary: Based on experience and skills.
