Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Support:

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

• Onboarding:

Support the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation, induction, and orientation to ensure a smooth integration into the company.

• Employee Records Management:

Maintain and update employee files and records (both physical and digital) in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

• Employee Engagement:

Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work culture.

• HR Documentation:

Help prepare and maintain HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and other official correspondence.

• Attendance and Leave Management:

Monitor employee attendance, track leaves, and assist in maintaining the attendance management system.

• Payroll Support:

Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll by collecting and verifying attendance and leave data.

• HR Policy Compliance:

Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and legal compliance in all HR-related activities.
Skills:

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
