GrowMind Services is looking for a motivated HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and coordinate between clients and candidates. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment and HR operations.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple client requirements
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and local networks
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Maintain candidate and client databases
Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and joining
Support HR documentation and basic reporting
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and employers
Graduation in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred)
Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
Ability to work on targets and deadlines
Familiarity with job portals and MS Office is a plus
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
