Job Description:
Collect and manage daily, weekly, and monthly timesheets.
Accurately calculate bonuses, allowances, and statutory deductions.
Manage statutory compliances including PF & ESIC.
Ensure all legal compliances related to HR and payroll are met.
Process monthly payroll using relevant payroll software & Salary Process.
Schedule bank transfers or distribute paychecks manually as required.
Distribute salary slips and maintain proper records of payment acknowledgements.
Maintain and report payroll expenses in coordination with the accounts team.
Ensure all payroll processes are compliant with current tax and wage regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records, including bank details, PAN, and other statutory information.
