Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical and non-technical positions.

• Coordinate interviews with department heads.

• Manage job postings on recruitment portals and social media.

• Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.

• Maintain a candidate database and recruitment records.

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

• Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.

• Complete joining formalities and documentation.

• Coordinate exit interviews and final settlement processes.

• Ensure proper clearance and handover procedures.

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

• Manage attendance, leave, and employee databases.

• Coordinate payroll inputs with the finance department.

• Monitor probation confirmations and employee lifecycle activities.

Performance Management

• Support performance appraisal cycles.

• Track employee goals and development plans.

• Assist managers with performance improvement initiatives.

Employee Relations

• Address employee concerns and grievances.

• Promote positive workplace culture and employee engagement.

• Organize employee events, recognition programs, and team-building activities.

Compliance & Policies

• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.

• Maintain statutory records and HR documentation.

• Assist during labor inspections and internal audits.

Training & Development

• Identify training needs for office and field employees.

• Coordinate internal and external training programs.

• Maintain employee training records.
