We are seeking an energetic and motivated HR Executive & Sales Team Manager to join our team. In this dual role, you will focus on recruiting fresh sales talent and managing the daily operations of our sales team. Key Responsibilities|

● HR Operations & Lifecycle: Manage onboarding, exit formalities, attendance tracking, and leave management.

● Employee Relations: Address grievances, foster a positive work culture, and run employee engagement activities.

● Performance Management: Assist in rolling out performance appraisals and maintaining employee databases. Requirements & Skills

• Sales Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview candidates for Sales Executive and Business Development roles.

• Daily Team Coordination: Oversee the daily attendance, call volumes, and field schedules of the sales team.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor daily sales reports and follow up on targets to ensure the team stays on track.

• Onboarding & Support: Conduct basic product induction for new hires and assist them with their initial client pitches.

• Team Motivation: Keep team energy high and help resolve daily operational challenges or queries.

Required Qualifications & Skills

● Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience as an HR Executive, preferably within a real estate developer or construction firm.

● Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with hiring fast-paced sales and site-construction personnel.

● Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
