Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to handle end-to-end human resource functions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on HR experience, and the ability to manage people and processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)

• Manage employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation

• Implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance as per company standards

• Handle employee relations, grievances, and performance management

• Support management in manpower planning and HR strategy

• Conduct training, induction, and employee engagement activities

• Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1 to 6 years of experience in HR / Human Resources

• Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

• Proficient in MS Office and HR-related documentation
