### 🔹 Job Role

We are looking for a responsible, proactive and well-organized **HR Executive / HR Generalist** who can independently manage the company's day-to-day HR operations.

### 🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining

• Candidate sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn & references

• CV screening and initial HR interviews

• Interview coordination with management

• Offer letter, joining & onboarding formalities

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation

• Manage attendance, leaves and employee records

• Handle employee queries and HR-related concerns

• Coordinate monthly payroll and salary inputs

• Monitor employee punctuality, discipline and workplace behaviour

• Manage office administration and day-to-day HR operations

• Implement and communicate HR policies

• Handle probation, confirmation and exit formalities

• Support employee engagement and workplace culture

• Maintain professional office discipline and decorum

• Coordinate HR compliance-related documentation

### 🔹 Candidate Requirements

✅ 1–3 years of experience in HR / HR Executive / HR Generalist / HR Operations

✅ Good verbal & written English communication

✅ Strong recruitment & talent acquisition knowledge

✅ Basic to good knowledge of payroll, attendance & leave management

✅ Good employee handling and interpersonal skills

✅ MS Office / Excel / Google Workspace knowledge

✅ Strong coordination, follow-up & organizational skills

✅ Ability to independently handle HR operations

✅ Professional and mature approach

### ⭐ Preferred

Candidates with experience in **IT / Software / Digital Marketing / Technology companies** will be preferred. Candidates from other industries with strong HR Generalist/Operations experience can also apply.

### 💰 Salary

₹25,000 – ₹32,000 per month

*Depending on experience, communication skills and overall suitability.*
