Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Screening: Actively source and engage with candidates through various channels like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Job Hai etc.
Internal Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales roles
Candidate Assessment: Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the company culture.
Qualifications:
Graduate with at least 1.6 years of proven experience in a Recruiter or talent acquisition.
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
Understanding of the sales Profile hiring is a plus.
