HR Recruiter – Job Description
Manage end-to-end internal recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
Maintain HR records, including employee files and benefits information.
Handle employee relations and address workplace conflicts or issues.
Manage and resolve employee complaints and grievances effectively.
Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees.
Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
