About Finclears
Finclears is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee coordination, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Post job openings on relevant job portals and social media platforms.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and follow up on interview feedback.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain candidate databases.
- Support employee engagement activities and HR administration.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn is an advantage.
- Good coordination, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 0–5 years in HR or recruitment.
- Freshers with good communication and interpersonal skills are welcome.
- Candidates with prior recruitment experience will be preferred.
- Educational qualification: Graduate in any discipline; an HR-related qualification is an advantage.
