Falconaris Placement Solutions is hiring an HR executive (Placement Officer) for our Bengaluru office. We are looking for candidates with 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, campus placements, training, or career services. The salary offered is ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with recruiters and companies, identifying internship and placement opportunities, organizing campus recruitment drives and placement events, coordinating interviews and selection processes, guiding students with career planning, resume writing, and interview preparation, conducting employability training and mock interviews, maintaining placement records and reports, and collaborating with academic departments to improve student placement outcomes. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
