Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to handle day-to-day HR operations and recruitment. You will be the point of contact for employees and will support the management in maintaining a productive and disciplined work environment at our head office and coordination with our manufacturing plants.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Sourcing candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed), social media, and local networks.

  • Screening resumes and scheduling interviews for office staff and plant supervisors.

  • Managing the onboarding process: documentation, offer letters, and induction.

• Attendance & Payroll Support:

  • Maintaining daily attendance logs for head office employees.

  • Coordinating with plant managers to track laborer and staff attendance.

  • Assisting the accounts team in preparing monthly salary data (calculating leaves/OT).

• Employee Records & Documentation:

  • Maintaining physical and digital employee files.

  • Issuing letters (Appointment, Confirmation, Relieving, etc.).

  • Updating the HR database (HRMS/Excel) regularly.

• Compliance & Administration:

  • Assisting in statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Professional Tax) documentation.

  • Managing office administration tasks and coordinating employee engagement activities (festivals/birthdays).

  • Handling basic employee grievances and queries regarding company policies.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Any Graduate (B.Com/BBA/BMS). An MBA or Diploma in HR is a plus.

• Skills: • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (vlookup, sumif, data entry) and Word.

  • Basic understanding of Indian Labor Laws.
