Job Description: HR Executive

Location: SR Layout, Chikkabasavanapura, Krishnarajapuram, Bengaluru
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Depending on Experience & Last Drawn Salary)

Role Summary

A reputed CBSE School in Krishnarajapuram, Bengaluru is looking for an organized and proactive HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a sound understanding of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

• Coordinate attendance, leave management, and employee engagement activities.

• Support performance appraisal and HR compliance.

• Assist management in implementing HR policies and procedures.

• Coordinate with various departments for smooth HR operations.

Qualifications

• MBA in Human Resources or a recognized certification in HR Management.

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience.

• Experience in educational institutions will be an added advantage.

Desired Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of HR practices and labour regulations.

• Good organizational and administrative abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office.
