Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for corporate and factory roles.

• Hiring and management of blue-collar workforce (tailors, helpers, operators, packers, warehouse staff, etc.).

• Managing onboarding, documentation, employee records, and exit formalities.

• Attendance, leave, shift scheduling, overtime, and workforce planning for manufacturing employees.

• Employee grievance handling and day-to-day employee relations management on the shop floor.

• Coordination with production managers and supervisors for manpower planning and workforce allocation.

• Managing HR operations for factory employees and ensuring discipline on the production floor.

• Handling statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, labour law compliance, contractor compliance, and related documentation.

• Conducting employee engagement and retention initiatives for factory workforce.

• Supporting performance management, policy implementation, HR MIS, and overall HR administration.

Candidate Requirements

• 3–4 years of HR Generalist experience.

• Mandatory experience in manufacturing setup.

• Strong experience managing blue-collar workforce.

• Knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESIC, attendance, and payroll inputs.

• Experience in bulk hiring and workforce management.

• Good employee relations and stakeholder management skills.

• Prior experience in apparel, fashion, garment, textile, or similar manufacturing industry preferred.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
