Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.

Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Maintain candidate records, recruitment trackers, and documentation.

Coordinate with internal teams to understand and fulfill hiring requirements.

Support onboarding and joining formalities.

Maintain proper employee and candidate documentation.

Eligibility & Requirements

Minimum 6 months of relevant HR experience is mandatory.

Candidates with an MBA in HR must have completed the course. Candidates currently pursuing an MBA will not be considered.

Candidates without an MBA may also be considered if they have relevant HR experience of at least 6 months.

Candidates without an MBA must not be pursuing any other course at the time of joining.

Good communication, interpersonal, coordination, and recruitment skills are required.

Candidates should be willing to work full-time.

Signing a one-year employment bond is mandatory.
