HR Executive Job Description
We are seeking a proactive HR Executive to oversee daily HR operations and support talent management.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview candidates; manage onboarding and offboarding procedures.
Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve workplace conflict, and drive engagement initiatives.
Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage leave tracking, and process payroll and attendance.
Compliance & Policy: Enforce company policies and ensure strict adherence to labor laws and labor regulations.
Performance Management: Coordinate annual performance appraisals and organize staff training programs.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business; strong communication and organizational skills.
