Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented HR Executive with 6 months–1 year of experience to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, etc.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.

• Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Manage joining, onboarding and employee documentation.

• Maintain employee records and HR databases.

• Handle attendance and leave records.

• Assist in employee engagement and HR activities.

• Address basic employee queries and coordinate with management.

• Prepare basic HR reports and recruitment updates.

Requirements

• 6 months–1 year of experience in HR/Recruitment.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

• Good follow-up and coordination skills.

• Comfortable using MS Excel/Google Sheets.

• Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
