Job Title: HR Executive

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

About the Role - We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure a seamless employee experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and at least 1 year of HR experience.

Key Responsibilities
 Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and induction.
 Maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation.
 Prepare HR letters including Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters, Experience Letters, and Warning Letters.
 Handle attendance, leave management, and employee database.
 Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events.
 Ensure timely completion of joining and exit formalities.
 Maintain HR reports, MIS, and employee records.
 Assist in implementing HR policies and company procedures.
 Coordinate with different departments for HR-related activities.
 Address employee queries and provide HR support.
 Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
 Support payroll by maintaining accurate attendance and employee data.

Requirements-
 Minimum 1 year of HR experience is mandatory.
 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
 Experience in HR documentation and employee record management.
 Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
 Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
