We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment support, payroll coordination, and employee records. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to handle employee queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.

• Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.

• Handle joining and exit formalities for employees.

• Coordinate with payroll teams regarding attendance, leave, salary inputs, and employee data.

• Address employee queries related to HR policies, leave, attendance, benefits, and company procedures.

• Support performance management and appraisal processes.

• Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labor regulations.

• Prepare HR reports related to headcount, attendance, attrition, recruitment, and leave.

• Coordinate with managers and employees to resolve workplace-related issues.

• Assist with HR audits and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in HR operations/generalist/recruitment.

• Good knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave management, and employee relations.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS/HR software.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Preferred

• Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.

• Experience with ESSL SOFT WARE BIOMATRIC,P

• Basic understanding of applicable labor laws

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
