1. Manage the complete recruitment process, from job requisition to on boarding.
2. Assist in developing recruitment plans, including drafting and posting job announcements for various levels and categories of employees.
3. Organize and conduct campus drives in associated colleges to attract fresh talent. 4. Ensure employees comply with company policies and procedures.
Maintain comprehensive records and reports, including employee documents and certificates.
Oversee all aspects of hiring and relieving formalities, including new employee orientation and the processing of initial and terminal paperwork.
Perform or coordinate reference checks and background verifications for potential hires.
Support current and future needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
