We are looking for a Sr. HR Executive and Amin to join our team at Cravicious Foods Private Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Handle employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws).
• Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and performance management.
• Handle plant admin responsibilities.
• Prepare HR MIS reports and workforce analytics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and factory regulations.
Qualifications
• Graduate with MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, PF, ESIC, payroll coordination, and HR operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
