Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Post job openings on job portals (e.g., Job Hai, LinkedIn, Indeed) and social media channels.

  • Screen resumes and portfolios to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines and applicant tracking databases.

• Onboarding & Offboarding:

  • Assist with employee onboarding paperwork, document verification, and file creation.

  • Help coordinate orientation sessions and welcome kits for new hires.

• HR Operations & Administration:

  • Maintain accurate and updated physical and digital employee records.

  • Assist in tracking attendance, leave management, and daily HR administrative tasks.

  • Support the HR team in preparing daily, weekly, or monthly reports.

• Employee Engagement & Culture:

  • Help organize employee engagement activities, team outings, and workplace events.

  • Gather employee feedback through surveys and assist in building a positive work culture.

Key Requirements & Skills:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration (MBA/BBA), Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.

• Good organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.

• Basic understanding of recruiting tools and job boards is a plus.

• High degree of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
