WE ARE HIRING – HR EXECUTIVE
Position: HR Executive
Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Screen CVs, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.
Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Manage attendance, leave, incentives, and basic payroll coordination.
Coordinate with different departments regarding HR and employee-related matters.
Address employee queries and provide appropriate support.
Assist in implementing company HR policies and procedures.
Prepare HR reports and maintain necessary documentation.
Support day-to-day HR and administrative operations.
Requirements:
Graduate/MBA/PG in HR or a related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in HR/recruitment and HR operations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
Salary:
₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month
