We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter & Client Relationship Executive who can manage end-to-end recruitment along with client coordination. The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding client hiring requirements, delivering quality profiles on time, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Recruitment Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned clients and internal positions
Understand job requirements from clients and prepare job descriptions
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates as per client needs
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
Ensure timely closure of open positions
Manage offer negotiation and joining formalities
Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate trackers
Client Management Responsibilities:
Act as a single point of contact for assigned clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Understand client workforce needs and hiring plans
Provide regular updates on hiring status and candidate pipeline
Handle client feedback, concerns, and follow-ups professionally
Support business development team with recruitment insights
Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA HR preferred)
Proven experience in recruitment and client handling
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Ability to handle multiple clients and positions simultaneously
Good presentation and documentation skills
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
