Job Title: HR Executive / Recruitment Coordinator

Location: Thane (W), Maharashtra

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and organized HR Executive to manage our end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding the right talent, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a smooth interview process.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing: Finding potential candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn), social media, and employee referrals.

• Calling & Screening: Conducting initial telephonic interviews to check candidate fitment, interest, and availability.

• Coordination: Scheduling interviews between candidates and department heads; managing the recruitment calendar.

• Candidate Management: Serving as the main point of contact for candidates from the first call until the day of joining.

• Database Management: Maintaining a clean record of all resumes and candidate statuses.

Requirements

• Skills: Basic understanding of sourcing techniques and portal handling.

• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills (English/Hindi/Marathi).

• Education: Any Graduate (Specialization in HR preferred but not mandatory).

• Gender: Open to both Male and Female candidates.
