Reporting To: - Operation Manager

Location: - Must be living in Gurgaon or ready to relocate

JOB BRIEF: - To develop HR policies for employee high performance by creating a culture in organization for attracting new talents and retaining the existing employees.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

Prepare all HR related documents & Policies

Focus on Hiring

Communication with team on Management’s Behalf

EDUCATION & Experience

Minimum Education: - Graduate with MBA in HR / PGDM (HR)

Minimum Experience HR: - 1+ Years in similar domain

Hiring & Exit Management

Policy Implementation & Culture Alignment

Employee Well-being & Ethics Handling

Conflict Resolution & Team Engagement

HR Compliance & Documentation

BEHAVIORAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS
