Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for identifying and hiring top talent. Freshers with exceptional communication skills and an interest in HR are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and campus hiring.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Issue offer letters and assist with onboarding formalities.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Support employee engagement and other HR activities as required.
