Job Summary

Talentcorp Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and organized Supervisor/HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, candidate onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, compliance, and daily workforce operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills to ensure smooth recruitment and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, selection, and candidate joining.

• Coordinate with recruiters and clients to fulfill manpower requirements within timelines.

• Handle candidate onboarding, document verification, joining formalities, and induction.

• Maintain employee records, MIS reports, and HR documentation.

• Monitor daily attendance, absenteeism, shift schedules, and workforce deployment.

• Support HR and statutory compliance by maintaining accurate records and required documentation.

• Proceed Registrations and documentation.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment and operational reports.

• Resolve employee queries and coordinate with recruiters, HR, and client representatives.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and maintain discipline at the workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

• 0–1 year of experience in Recruitment, HR Operations, Staffing, or Workforce Management.

• Experience in the staffing, apprenticeship, or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.

Skills Required

• Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent coordination and organizational abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.

• Ability to manage documentation, MIS, and employee records.

• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.

• Basic knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance.

• Knowledge of NAPS/NATS/Apprenticeship processes will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Branch Manager / HR Manager
