Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), recruitment consultants, internal employee referrals, and internal HR database.
Conduct initial HR screening interviews to assess communication skills, cultural fit, and role suitability.
Coordinate multi-level interview processes including technical and HR rounds.
Maintain recruitment trackers, interview records, and candidate database.
Facilitate compensation discussions and obtain necessary approvals from management.
Verify candidate documents including salary slips, CTC breakup, and educational credentials.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding.
