Statutory Compliance Executive

Role Summary:

Responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable labour laws including Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, EPF, ESI, Gratuity, POSH, and Shops & Establishments Act. The role involves maintaining statutory registers, timely filing of returns, and supporting audits and inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain statutory registers (wages, attendance, overtime, fines, deductions, etc.)

• Ensure timely filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual returns

• Handle EPF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, and other statutory compliances, ISO documentation

• Coordinate with auditors and government authorities during inspections

• Maintain compliance calendar and documentation

• Ensure POSH compliance and annual reporting

Requirements:

• Graduate (HR / Commerce)

• 1–3 years of experience in statutory compliance

• Strong knowledge of labour laws and documentation

• Good Excel and record-keeping skills

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
