We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal and organizational skills who can support and streamline our HR and administrative functions.

What you will do?

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative and human resource functions of the organization. This will include the following:

Handling end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding

Maintaining employee records and ensuring accurate documentation

Managing attendance, leave tracking, payroll coordination, and employee database

Supporting HR policies and ensuring smooth implementation across the company

Planning and executing employee engagement initiatives

Coordinating administrative tasks such as office supplies, facility management, and vendor coordination

Assisting in performance appraisal processes and employee grievances

Assisting in import purchase, billing and coordinating for shipments.

Qualifications

1.       Graduate Degree in Human Resources or related field

2.       Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR and Admin functions (mandatory)

3.       Strong communication and interpersonal skills

4.       Knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance

5.       High level of integrity, discretion, and organizational skills
