Position: HR Executive & Admin
Experience Required: 2 Years

Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month (Strictly for candidates comfortable with this salary bracket)

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates using portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
HR & Admin Operations: Managing documentation, maintaining employee records, and handling daily administrative tasks.
Travel & Expense Management: Managing TA/DA records and processing claims.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR and Administration.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Good knowledge of hiring portals and recruitment processes.
Sincere, dedicated, and capable of handling responsibilities effectively.
