Key Responsibilities
Recruitment: Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new employees, including running referral programs.
Employee Relations: Address grievances, manage conflict, conduct exit interviews, and foster a positive work environment.
Performance Management: Implement review procedures (quarterly/annual), coordinate training, and assess development needs.
Compliance & Policy: Develop, update, and ensure adherence to HR policies and labor laws.
Compensation & Benefits: Administer and design benefits packages, including payroll support.
HR Operations: Maintain employee records, manage HR software (HRIS/ATS), and oversee daily HR department functions.
