Position: HR Executive
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day HR activities and employee coordination.
Manage recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
Coordinate with candidates and clients regarding hiring requirements.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Handle joining formalities and onboarding processes.
Assist with attendance, leave, and payroll-related activities.
Address employee queries and provide necessary support.
Prepare HR reports and maintain proper records.
Coordinate with the management and other departments for HR requirements.
Requirements:
Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a team.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
