Job Title: HR Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Staffing

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process.

• Source candidates through job portals, references, and social media.

• Screen resumes and schedule interviews.

• Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements.

• Conduct initial HR interviews and follow-ups.

• Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.

2. Onboarding & Induction

• Manage joining formalities and documentation.

• Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.

• Maintain employee personal files and records.

3. Attendance & Leave Management

• Monitor daily attendance and leave records.

• Maintain attendance through HRMS/biometric systems.

• Ensure proper leave approvals as per company policy.

4. Payroll Support

• Prepare monthly attendance inputs for payroll.

• Coordinate with accounts for salary processing.

• Handle salary queries and deductions.

5. Employee Relations

• Address employee concerns and grievances.

• Maintain healthy work environment.

• Support disciplinary actions as per company policy.

6. HR Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain employee database and HR records.

• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Labour laws, etc.).

• Handle exit formalities and full & final settlement.

7. Performance Management

• Assist in performance appraisal process.

• Maintain performance records and feedback reports.

8. Training & Development

• Identify training needs.

• Coordinate internal and external training programs.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills

• HRMS knowledge

• MS Office proficiency

• Problem-solving ability
