HR Executive – Job Description
Role Overview:
An HR Executive is responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, and daily HR operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Manage joining formalities and onboarding process
Assist in payroll coordination and attendance tracking
Address employee queries and grievances
Support HR policies implementation and compliance
Coordinate training & development programs
Prepare HR reports and MIS data
Qualification:
Any Degree (MBA in HR preferred)
Experience:
Freshers / 0–2 years experience
Key Skills:
Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes
Ability to handle people and multitask
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Strong organizational skills
